At Murrysville Golf Club, we pride ourselves in providing unwavering guest service and having vast knowledge about the golf industry. More than half of the leagues that call us home host their own championship, and we are always happy to meet any of their special requests.
We host men’s, women’s, junior, and mixed-gender leagues. If you are interested in holding a catered league event, please fill out the Special Event Menu below.
Thank you for considering Murrysville Golf Club as the venue for your outing. The management and staff will do everything to guarantee a successful golf outing for your group. Our affordable custom services cover everything you need to make your event successful. Choose from any of our event packages below:
- Par Package - $65.00 per Person
- Birdie Package - $70.00 per Person
- Eagle Package - $75.00 per Person

Terms and Conditions
In organizing your event, please take note of our terms and conditions. Read the following information carefully as it covers many details of your event.
- A 25% deposit of the total amount is paid at least two weeks prior to the event, along with the signed and dated event contract. If you cancel within one week of your scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Final payment is due one week prior to the event. If you come with fewer golfers than you contracted with Murrysville Golf Club, there will be no reimbursement on the event day.
- Seven days before your outing, you must provide your final head count for the food. The final amount requested on the contract will be the number billed to you. Please include all the golfers and non-golfers in the group.
- Five days before your outing, we will need the final headcount of your players and a list of your desired foursomes. Please email your list to [email protected] or fax it to (724) 387-1796.
- Pavilion Reservations - The pavilion is available at no charge if you purchase the food for your event from us. Otherwise, there will be a $150 rental fee for the pavilion if you bring your own food. You are also responsible for cleanup.
- Alcohol Policy - State Law requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed on a licensed premise (entire golf course, clubhouse, parking area, etc.) must be purchased from the permit holder. Please be prepared to provide proper identification when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Murrysville Golf Club. Golf cars are equipped with coolers in order to serve our patrons better. Also, one six-pack per nine for one cart is the amount of beer permitted on the course.
Any damage to Murrysville Golf Club property (golf course, clubhouse, pavilion, golf carts, pull carts, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the event chairperson. An event contract will either be mailed or emailed to the event chairperson once the event is booked.
The contract is expected to be filled out and mailed, emailed, faxed, or dropped off at Murrysville Golf Club as soon as possible. Murrysville Golf Club is not liable for any damage done to any Murrysville Golf Club property or to anyone else’s property (car, truck, etc.) before, during, or after an event.
